We prepare this dish how it is mostly served in the Louisiana area, slow cooked with hearty slices of Andoullie sausage, tender bits of chicken, sun ripe tomatoes, bell peppers and secret spices. Served best with white rice.
Viva Limona Salad
A refreshing mix of field greens and feta tossed with roasted sunflower seeds, spring onion & apples wedges;
served with lemon-lime vinaigrette.
