Creole Jambalaya is what best describes our version of this southern specialty. We prepare this dish how it is mostly served in the Louisiana area, slow cooked with hearty slices of Andoullie sausage, tender bits of chicken, sun ripe tomatoes, bell peppers and secret spices.
