Many of his skills and inspirations are a tribute to his Grandmother, Helen, who passed on her great cooking talents, traditions and wonderful recipes.

Before settling in Seattle, Kai traveled extensively across four continents discovering a vast array of culinary experiences- many of which he combines with his European background to create
