Pedro's BIO
Food has always been my love language. Growing up in Brazil, some of my earliest and happiest memories are of cooking with my mom in the kitchen. She’s the heart behind everything I do—from the recipes I create to my belief that food is meant to bring people together and make moments unforgettable.Our home was the place to be. My parents legendary parties were talked about for years, and watching them craft those vibrant, joy-filled gatherings sparked my own passion for creating experiences where food isn’t just a meal—it’s the centerpiece of celebration.In 2012, I packed my bags and moved to the U.S. to attend Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco. That journey took me to the Michelin-starred Plumed Horse in Silicon Valley, where I refined my skills and developed a deep appreciation for the artistry of plating and presentation.By 2015, Seattle had become my home, and I transitioned from cooking in kitchens to curating incredible events. Fast forward to today, I’m thrilled to be the new owner of Seasoned in Seattle and beyond excited to continue sharing my passion for food, community, and unforgettable experiences with you.
