We thought it would be nice to let you know the general steps from contacting us until the event date.
Step by Step

STEP ONE
Start by filling out our Get a Quote form. Based on your answers, we’ll put together a personalized proposal for you.

STEP TWO
Once you receive your proposal, if our services are within your budget, we’ll move forward and secure your date! To do that, we’ll need a signed contract and deposit. If you’d like to book a Private Tasting before locking it in, we’re happy to arrange that.

STEP THREE
Next, we’ll schedule a 1-2 hour meeting to go over all the details of your event and services. After that, I’ll send you a complete plan, and we’ll set up a final call to make any last adjustments.

STEP FOUR
That final call will take place 20 days before your event. 

By then, we’ll need your final menu selections, timeline, guest count, and rental needs squared away.

STEP FIVE
Event day! You can relax and enjoy—leave the logistics to us. We’ll take care of everything we planned so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
