Once you receive your proposal, if our services are within your budget, we’ll move forward and secure your date! To do that, we’ll need a signed contract and deposit. If you’d like to book a Private Tasting before locking it in, we’re happy to arrange that.

Next, we’ll schedule a 1-2 hour meeting to go over all the details of your event and services.
After that, I’ll send you a complete plan, and we’ll set up a final call to make any last adjustments.

That final call will take place 20 days
before your event. 

By then, we’ll need your final menu selections, timeline, guest count, and rental needs squared away.
